If there is any damage to the material or workmanship during this 2-year period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you. 

However, it is important to note that certain conditions may apply. Warranties do not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (broken chain or bent ring), or any modifications made by third parties (outside jewelers).

• Briefly describe the damage (how it happened, when you first noticed the damage, …) 
• Attach photos of damage items. 

Our team will be in touch with you within the next 1-2 business days. 

Please note that the time required for a repair can vary depending on the level of repair needed. Generally, repairs can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
